Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market evolution and organizational goals
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, biotech, neural interfaces) for strategic implementation
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and security teams
- Present futuristic visions to investors and board members with data-driven insights
- Partner with academic institutions to pioneer next-gen research initiatives
- Establish ethical frameworks for responsible AI and automation deployment
- Drive patent strategy for breakthrough technologies in development
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, etc.)
- Executive-level communication with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
