Responsibilities
- Design, train, and optimize advanced machine learning models and deep learning architectures.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to define AI requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement and maintain MLOps pipelines to ensure scalable and reliable model deployment.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and performance analysis to refine model accuracy and efficiency.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in AI and integrate cutting-edge techniques into our production stack.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Extensive experience with large-scale data processing and distributed computing.
- Deep understanding of statistical methods and machine learning algorithms.
- Proven track record of deploying production-ready AI models.
