- Develop ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and synthetic biology applications
- Translate complex scientific concepts into investor-ready innovation portfolios
- Chair the 'Future Forward' innovation lab with $50M annual R&D budget
- Present to C-suite and board on paradigm-shifting technology trajectories
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Bioengineering, or Physics with 8+ years R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing or neurotechnology
- Proven track record scaling moonshot projects from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or synthetic biology
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) and venture funding
- Deep network with academic institutions and national labs
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and executive audiences
