Responsibilities

- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligning with corporate objectives and market disruption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable R&D priorities
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-gen technologies ensuring compliance and societal benefit
- Present visionary insights to stakeholders via executive briefings and industry forums
- Partner with venture teams to identify and integrate breakthrough technologies
- Build a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism roles
- Proven track record in forecasting tech disruption (e.g., AI, blockchain, IoT)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Strong data modeling skills with experience in trend analysis and scenario planning
- Executive presence with experience advising C-suite on long-term strategy
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field

- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-tech implementations
