Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot IT systems during night shifts.
- Analyze operational data and prepare daily reports.
- Assist the senior team with technical projects and documentation.
- Provide remote support to clients and internal departments.
- Maintain strict adherence to security protocols and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program (Bachelor’s or Associate’s).
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
