Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Biotechnology (or equivalent breakthrough achievements)
- 10+ years experience scaling exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Published research in Science or Nature within the last 3 years
- Proven track record of launching billion-dollar tech ventures
- Expertise in forecasting technology adoption curves (Gartner hype cycle mastery)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ paradigm-shifting innovations
- Security clearance for national technology initiatives
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, and Python
