Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models designed for the 2026 era, focusing on efficiency and accuracy.
- Lead research initiatives in generative AI, synthetic data generation, and autonomous agents.
- Define and enforce technical architectural standards and best practices for the AI division.
- Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate cutting-edge AI solutions into consumer-facing applications.
- Optimize model performance, reduce inference latency, and manage computational resources effectively.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in machine learning engineering and research.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Proven experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Vector Databases, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Strong background in distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex research concepts into production-ready software.
