Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic technology foresight frameworks for 2026-2030 horizon
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and translate into business opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with engineering, product, and executive teams
- Create scenario-planning models for future market disruptions and competitive landscapes
- Represent the company at global tech forums and thought leadership summits
- Build and mentor a high-performing strategic innovation team
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Business Strategy, or Futurism
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and emerging technology assessment
- Deep knowledge of AI, Web3, quantum computing, and biotechnology trends
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology or business journals
- Experience scaling innovation programs in Fortune 500 environments
