- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future trends into actionable product roadmaps
- Partner with C-suite executives to shape 5-year strategic technology investment plans
- Establish innovation labs for prototyping next-gen solutions in immersive environments
- Represent the company at global tech summits as a keynote futurist speaker
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal future-scanning intelligence network
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with 85%+ accuracy
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, spatial computing, and synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications (IEEE, TechCrunch, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience leading enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives
- Certified Futurist (CF) designation preferred
