Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-forward solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis of emerging tech trends
- Develop strategic frameworks for ethical tech adoption and regulatory compliance
- Present future-vision briefings to executive leadership and investors
- Mentor R&D teams in next-generation technology implementation
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI, blockchain, quantum)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global tech innovation ecosystems
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (whitepapers/articles)
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology management preferred
