- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., AGI, Quantum Computing interfaces) and integrate them into our core architecture.
- Drive innovation sprints to rapidly prototype and validate cutting-edge concepts.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into actionable product requirements.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI, Machine Learning, or Advanced Systems.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance teams and managing complex technical projects.
- Deep understanding of Generative AI, NLP, and Large Language Model (LLM) architectures.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field (preferred).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity in undefined problem spaces.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex technical visions to diverse audiences.
