Responsibilities

- Establish industry partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through prototype development and pilot programs
- Mentor senior engineers and product strategists on future-focused methodologies
- Monitor global tech policy developments and advise on regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (or equivalent industry experience)
- 12+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $100M+ impact
- Executive presence with experience addressing global tech forums
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystem
