Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast disruptive technology trends through 2030 (AI, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Develop enterprise-scale innovation roadmaps aligning with C-suite strategic objectives
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' prototyping breakthrough solutions for Fortune 500 clients
- Present trend analysis and strategic recommendations to executive boards and investors
- Build and manage an ecosystem of startups, researchers, and academic partners
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote industry conferences
- Drive cultural adoption of future-thinking methodologies across 200+ employee organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record developing multi-year tech roadmaps for global enterprises
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, neurotech)
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to influence C-suite audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Experience building startup ecosystems or corporate venture capital programs
