Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance systems for the 2026 autonomous ecosystem.
- R&D Strategy: Identify emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing, advanced LLMs) and define integration roadmaps.
- System Integration: Oversee the seamless integration of disparate hardware and software components.
- Team Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists in best practices for scalable architecture.
- Prototyping: Build and iterate on Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate technical feasibility before full-scale deployment.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategic insights for C-level executives.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on AI/ML infrastructure.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust; deep understanding of distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI Expertise: Strong background in Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and experience with Large Language Models.
- Innovation: Proven track record of inventing new technologies or improving existing systems significantly.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
