Responsibilities
- Architect strategic technology roadmaps for 2026+ product ecosystems
- Lead research initiatives in quantum-resistant cryptography and neuromorphic computing
- Develop frameworks for ethical AI governance and autonomous system safety protocols
- Collaborate with product teams to translate futuristic concepts into viable technical specifications
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite stakeholders and industry consortiums
- Mentor junior engineers in emerging technology adoption methodologies
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts impacting 2026 digital landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech R&D
- Expertise in quantum computing, neural networks, or distributed systems
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on next-gen technologies
- Proven track record of scaling innovative projects from concept to deployment
- Deep understanding of post-quantum cryptographic standards (NIST PQ-Crypto)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems (EU AI Act, US NIST AI RMF)
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud-native architectures
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Information Systems
