Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a 5-year technology foresight strategy for QuantumLeap's product ecosystem
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen interfaces (AR/VR, neural interfaces)
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with societal impact assessment
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for 2026 tech pilots
- Create predictive models for technology adoption curves and market disruption
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of human-machine symbiosis
- Advise C-suite on ethical frameworks for autonomous systems deployment
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field with 8+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record in forecasting technology trends (published research preferred)
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or synthetic biology
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, IEEE 7000)
- Strong network in DARPA, NSF, or equivalent innovation ecosystems
- Proficiency in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
