- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI/quantum solutions for enterprise clients
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies (metaverse, bio-digital interfaces) into product ecosystems
- Secure $15M+ annual innovation budgets through strategic stakeholder partnerships
- Establish R&D partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global tech accelerators
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Mentor a 15-member innovation lab in agile development methodologies
- Drive patent portfolios for breakthrough technologies targeting 2026 commercialization
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven track record launching minimum 3 market-defining products (quantum/AI preferred)
- Expertise in emerging tech forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with published research
- Experience securing $10M+ budgets for R&D initiatives
- Deep knowledge of Web3.0, neuromorphic computing, and climate tech trends
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
