Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term strategic frameworks for 2026+ initiatives across AI, biotech, and climate tech sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to identify emerging risks and opportunities
- Partner with C-suite executives to align organizational goals with future trends
- Produce high-impact futurist reports and white papers for stakeholder engagement
- Manage a team of 5 futurists and innovation specialists
- Represent FutureWorks at global conferences on future technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or related field
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or Business preferred
- Experience with AI/ML, blockchain, or climate tech ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (3+ articles)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/DF) or equivalent
