Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy next-generation AI models specifically designed for the 2026 data ecosystem.
- Lead the research and implementation of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) to enhance product capabilities.
- Optimize AI infrastructure for low-latency, high-throughput environments.
- Define the technical roadmap for AI integration across all Quantum Dynamics products.
- Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines and data privacy standards.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in software development and machine learning engineering.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud-native AI platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Proven track record of delivering AI products from concept to production in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with prompt engineering and fine-tuning large language models.
- Strong understanding of vector databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
