Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in C-suite or director-level roles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies with $100M+ impact
- Expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing principles, and sustainable tech frameworks
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature Technology Review, or similar
- Experience advising government bodies on technology policy
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure)
- Security clearance eligibility (Top Secret/SCI preferred)
