Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to maintain technological leadership
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Build and nurture partnerships with industry disruptors and academic institutions
- Manage innovation budgets and resource allocation for high-impact projects
- Mentor junior strategists and cultivate a culture of forward-thinking innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, or Technology Innovation
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Deep understanding of global tech ecosystems and regulatory landscapes
- Portfolio of successful innovation initiatives or patent-protected technologies
