Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-resistant AI frameworks for next-generation autonomous systems
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams to develop neuro-quantum interfaces for human augmentation
- Design ethical governance protocols for 2026-level autonomous decision-making systems
- Drive patent strategy for breakthrough technologies with 10+ annual filings
- Present visionary roadmaps to C-suite and global industry summits
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging fields like synthetic consciousness
- Collaborate with NASA and DARPA on deep space computing initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Neurotechnology (or equivalent breakthrough portfolio)
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum-AI hybrid systems
- 5+ years leading projects with $10M+ budgets and global teams
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, synthetic biology, or nanoscale engineering
- Demonstrated history of shipping transformative tech products
- Security clearance or ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
