Responsibilities
- Design and implement the core AI infrastructure roadmap for 2026 and beyond.
- Oversee the training and fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) for enterprise deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into legacy systems.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends, including Neuromorphic computing.
- Establish best practices for AI governance and ethical AI usage.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying scalable machine learning models to production.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
