Responsibilities
- Architect and train state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) tailored for enterprise scalability.
- Research and implement novel neural architectures to enhance model efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with quantum hardware engineers to optimize AI for quantum processors.
- Publish high-impact research papers in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Optimize data pipelines for real-time generative inference and low-latency deployment.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI, transparency, and bias mitigation in large-scale models.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Extensive experience in Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Reinforcement Learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of publishing research in leading AI venues.
- Experience with distributed computing systems and high-performance computing clusters.
- Familiarity with quantum computing concepts (Qiskit, Cirq) is a significant plus.
