Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models for enterprise applications.
- Lead the architectural design of scalable AI pipelines and data infrastructure.
- Conduct research to explore novel algorithms and improve model performance (accuracy, latency, cost).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing products.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or data science.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade models at scale.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
