Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and deep learning architectures using Python and modern frameworks.
- Lead the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, including data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, validation, and deployment.
- Optimize model inference speeds and reduce latency for real-time AI applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Data Science) to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Research and prototype cutting-edge algorithms to stay ahead of industry trends in Generative AI and NLP.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with at least 3 years specifically in Machine Learning/Deep Learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Extensive experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Deep understanding of MLOps, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
