Your Mission:
Architect robust, fault-tolerant AI systems capable of processing exabytes of data in real-time. You will lead the technical strategy for our proprietary LLMs and autonomous agent frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for next-gen AI models.
- Lead research initiatives into emerging AI paradigms such as Quantum ML and Neuromorphic engineering.
- Mentor a team of elite engineers and data scientists.
- Optimize model inference speeds to achieve sub-millisecond latency.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly applications.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and data privacy compliance.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or AI architecture.
- Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale production AI models.
- Experience with LLM fine-tuning, RAG architectures, and prompt engineering.
- Strong grasp of vector databases and semantic search technologies.
