Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Assist the engineering team in troubleshooting software bugs and resolving technical issues for internal stakeholders.
- Development: Collaborate on frontend and backend development tasks using modern frameworks and tools.
- Research: Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to provide actionable insights to the product team.
- Documentation: Create and maintain clear technical documentation, API references, and user manuals.
- Testing: Participate in quality assurance processes, including unit testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Meeting Participation: Attend daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and design reviews to stay aligned with project goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Academic Standing: Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 is preferred.
- Programming: Basic proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++, JavaScript).
- Tools: Familiarity with version control systems like Git and IDEs such as VS Code.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
- Soft Skills: Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
