Responsibilities
- Assist the technical support team with day-to-day operations and troubleshooting.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to support project goals.
- Help maintain and update company documentation and internal databases.
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and training workshops.
- Support the marketing department with social media content creation and scheduling.
- Monitor and report on daily project progress to the team lead.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in High School or pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Email, Internet).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- A valid driver’s license is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and software tools.
