Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for AI systems and autonomous technologies
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for machine learning models across product lines
- Develop stakeholder engagement strategies to align technical teams with ethical principles
- Create transparency protocols for AI decision-making processes and explainability standards
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed ethical considerations in product development lifecycles
- Advise on policy development for emerging AI regulations and industry best practices
- Research and publish thought leadership on AI ethics and responsible innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 3+ years experience in AI ethics, algorithmic auditing, or responsible AI implementation
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics for machine learning systems
- Strong understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable technical guidelines
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams to implement ethical safeguards
- Exceptional communication skills for engaging diverse stakeholders from technical to non-technical backgrounds
