Responsibilities
- Architect strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with 5-year implementation plans
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop frameworks for ethical tech adoption and sustainable innovation practices
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech initiatives with business objectives
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of experimental innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching innovative tech products or services
- Expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or biotech convergence
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech ROI analysis and budget forecasting
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and project management methodologies
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
