Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive ethical guidelines for autonomous systems and generative AI models
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for AI deployment in critical infrastructure
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards into AI development pipelines
- Advise C-suite on regulatory compliance and emerging ethical standards in AI
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on responsible AI principles
- Research and publish frameworks for ethical AI governance in 2026+ contexts
- Monitor global AI policy evolution and adapt organizational strategies accordingly
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics, responsible AI, or technology policy
- Deep understanding of bias mitigation techniques in machine learning systems
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Experience with interdisciplinary research in human-AI interaction
- Strong background in data science or AI fundamentals
- Published work in AI ethics or technology ethics journals preferred
