Responsibilities
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI decision-making processes
- Conduct foresight analysis on technology impacts across healthcare, climate, and governance sectors
- Design governance protocols for quantum computing applications and biotech innovations
- Lead cross-functional workshops with engineers to embed ethical safeguards into product lifecycles
- Author white papers on digital rights and algorithmic accountability for regulatory bodies
- Advise C-suite executives on technology ethics ROI and risk mitigation strategies
- Represent the company at global forums on responsible AI deployment
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Ethics, or Technology with focus on AI/quantum computing
- 5+ years in tech ethics roles at Fortune 500 companies or research institutions
- Published work on algorithmic bias mitigation or digital governance frameworks
- Expertise in ISO 42001 and NIST AI Risk Management Frameworks
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, US Algorithmic Accountability Act, and global tech regulations
- Experience with neuro-symbolic AI and quantum computing ethical implications
- Proven ability to translate complex ethics concepts for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in Responsible AI Governance (RAIG) preferred
