Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, Juris Doctor, or related field with AI focus
- 5+ years experience in AI governance, policy development, or ethical tech oversight
- Deep understanding of machine learning fairness metrics and bias mitigation techniques
- Expertise in regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, proposed US legislation)
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable policies

- Experience working with multi-stakeholder governance bodies (industry, academia, government)
