Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, policy, or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong background in machine learning and AI system architecture
- Experience with bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Published work in AI ethics or technology policy
