Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI systems for bias, transparency, and accountability
- Develop enterprise-wide AI ethics training programs and certification pathways
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical safeguards into AI development lifecycles
- Represent FutureGuard at international AI ethics summits and policy forums
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance and continuous improvement metrics
- Mentor AI researchers and engineers on responsible innovation principles
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in AI governance, compliance, or ethics leadership
- Proven track record of implementing ethical AI frameworks in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Exceptional ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable technical requirements
- Experience testifying before legislative bodies on AI policy matters
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design) required
