Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI ethics governance frameworks for 2026 product roadmap
- Lead cross-functional audits of algorithmic fairness, transparency, and accountability
- Collaborate with policy teams on regulatory compliance for emerging AI regulations
- Design and implement stakeholder engagement protocols for AI impact assessments
- Establish continuous monitoring systems for model drift and ethical compliance
- Drive industry thought leadership through white papers and ethical standards development
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Law, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, ethics compliance, or responsible tech leadership
- Expertise in regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Proven track record of implementing ethical AI frameworks in production environments
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts
- Experience with participatory design methodologies for AI governance
- Published research or practical contributions to AI ethics discourse
