Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain critical IT infrastructure during overnight shifts
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to enterprise clients via phone and chat
- Execute system updates, backups, and security protocols
- Document incidents and resolutions in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects
- Participate in weekly innovation sprints
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
