Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, ethics, or responsible AI implementation
- Deep expertise in ML fairness metrics and bias mitigation techniques
- Experience developing AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems
- Strong understanding of global AI regulatory landscape (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Certification in AI ethics or governance (e.g., IEEE, ACM)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
