Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with 2026 technological standards
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing bias mitigation protocols for autonomous systems
- Establish audit processes for algorithmic fairness and transparency
- Partner with legal and policy teams to navigate emerging AI regulations
- Develop stakeholder communication strategies for AI ethics initiatives
- Conduct scenario planning for long-term AI governance challenges
- Mentor junior specialists in ethical AI development practices
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible tech leadership
- Expertise in bias detection/quantification methodologies
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Strong background in risk assessment for autonomous systems
- Published work on AI ethics or technology governance
