Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with EU AI Act, NIST standards, and emerging regulations
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI systems to identify bias, fairness, and transparency risks
- Establish continuous monitoring protocols for deployed AI models in healthcare and autonomous sectors
- Shape corporate policy on responsible AI development through stakeholder engagement
- Represent Nexus Global at global AI ethics forums and regulatory working groups
- Mentor technical teams on ethical AI design principles and implementation
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years of AI governance experience
- Proven track record of implementing ethics frameworks at Fortune 500 tech companies
- Expertise in regulatory compliance for AI systems (GDPR, CCPA, EU AI Act)
- Published research in AI ethics or peer-reviewed conference presentations
- Certification in AI Risk Management (e.g., CERA-AI) or equivalent
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in regulated industries (healthcare/finance preferred)
- Deep understanding of adversarial machine learning and security implications
