Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, high-availability system architectures for 2026+ workloads.
- Define technical standards and best practices for cloud infrastructure, microservices, and serverless computing.
- Lead the integration of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models into core business logic.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to ensure system integrity and security.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Drive migration strategies to modern cloud environments, optimizing for cost-efficiency and speed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering and system architecture.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale system migrations and refactoring legacy codebases.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices patterns, and event-driven architecture.
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure and large language model (LLM) integration is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
