Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-availability, scalable microservices architecture for the 2026 platform.
- Lead architectural reviews and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and product managers.
- Optimize system performance, ensuring low latency and high throughput under heavy load.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps and deliver features ahead of schedule.
- Enforce best practices for cloud security, compliance, and data governance.
- Drive innovation by researching emerging technologies and integrating them into our core stack.
- Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and delivery.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Strong understanding of database design, including SQL and NoSQL solutions (e.g., Cassandra, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time.
- Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible) and CI/CD tools.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
