Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional task forces to audit AI systems for bias, transparency, and safety

- Collaborate with policymakers on shaping national AI ethics legislation
- Establish certification processes for responsible AI development lifecycle
- Train leadership teams on ethical AI adoption and risk mitigation
- Publish thought leadership on emerging AI governance challenges
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years AI governance experience
- Proven track record developing enterprise-level AI ethics frameworks
- Expertise in regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or AI safety
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on AI ethics
- Proficiency in ML fairness tools (IBM AI Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
- Deep understanding of existential risk assessment methodologies
