Responsibilities
- Design and deploy AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems and predictive analytics
- Conduct cross-functional ethical audits of machine learning models and data pipelines
- Develop regulatory compliance strategies for emerging AI governance standards
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI implementation with industry partners
- Author corporate AI ethics policy documents and transparency reports
- Monitor global regulatory developments in AI governance and adapt strategies accordingly
- Mentor engineering teams on ethical AI development methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Law, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Expertise in developing ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation techniques
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Experience with algorithmic auditing and fairness assessment tools
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional leadership
- Published work or certification in AI ethics or responsible technology
