Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and deployment of next-generation neural networks and AI models.
- Drive R&D initiatives focused on scaling Machine Learning operations (MLOps) for high-velocity environments.
- Define and implement the technical roadmap for the '2026 Horizon' initiative, ensuring long-term scalability and efficiency.
- Mentor and guide a team of elite data scientists and engineers to foster a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 4 years in a senior architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI systems.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
