Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics policies aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and ethical impact assessments for all AI deployments
- Lead cross-functional governance committees including engineering, legal, and diversity teams
- Design transparent AI documentation systems for regulatory compliance and public trust
- Establish stakeholder engagement protocols for ethical AI development lifecycle
- Monitor emerging global AI regulations (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights) and adapt frameworks
- Train 500+ employees on ethical AI principles and responsible deployment practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethical technology roles
- Deep expertise in NIST AI Risk Management Framework and EU AI Act principles
- Proven experience designing bias mitigation strategies for ML systems
- Strong background in cross-functional stakeholder management and policy creation
- Familiarity with ISO/IEC 42001 AI management systems standard
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethics concepts to technical teams
- Published work in AI ethics or participation in global ethics forums
