Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum computing systems or algorithms
- Expertise in superconducting qubits or topological quantum computing
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum systems
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, or Cirq)
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
