Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks aligned with emerging global regulations
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and mitigation strategies for high-impact AI systems
- Develop enterprise-wide AI ethics training programs for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional working groups on responsible AI deployment in regulated industries
- Proactively identify and mitigate societal risks associated with next-generation AI capabilities
- Represent the company in international AI ethics forums and contribute to policy development
- Establish metrics for ethical AI performance and continuous improvement systems
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Law, Philosophy, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI governance, data ethics, or technology policy
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF, ISO 42001)
- Proven track record of implementing ethical AI systems in production environments
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Published research or industry contributions to AI ethics discourse
- Strong understanding of machine learning, neural networks, and generative AI
- Experience with risk assessment methodologies for autonomous systems
