Responsibilities
- Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of computer systems and networks
- Support the IT team in deploying software updates and patches
- Help with the setup and configuration of new hardware and software
- Document IT procedures and create user guides
- Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas
- Learn and apply new technologies as directed
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
